The Xcellerex team has been designing and operating biomanufacturing facilities for decades. More recently, we have developed extensive expertise in the deployment of single-use biomanufacturing capacity, and have learned many lessons in working with this new technology.

Xcellerex works with all major brands of bioprocess systems, and we have developed production trains that encompass most of them. We understand how the systems interact, and can help you overcome normal integration challenges without the headaches you might face going it alone.

Xcellerex has also designed and deployed several new biomanufacturing facilities utilizing single-use technology. We have learned – sometimes the hard way – how to build a plant that delivers fully on the promise of single-use. Today, we work closely with clients to design and build plants that use space efficiently, offer maximum functionality, and account for the material and personnel flow requirements unique to single-use biomanufacturing.
